2003 Honda Accord Passenger Door Lock Not Working

Here is my story.

2003 honda accord passenger door lock not working.

It is a 2002 honda accord 4cyl special edition. Service type power door locks are not working inspection. However when it is hot 104 f like it was today the locks do not respond to any of the switches driver front passenger. 2003 honda accord 65 500 mi visitor.
